We need to divide the number of minutes by the number of miles, as follows:

[tex]\frac{25\text{ minutes}}{3.1\text{ miles}}=8.06\frac{\text{ minutes}}{\text{ mile}}[/tex]

She runs 8.06 minutes per mile
