f(x) = √(0.5x-10) +3

inequality can be used to find the domain of f(x) is :  0.5x-10 ≥ 0  
0.5x ≥10
x ≥10/0.5
x ≥ 20

the domain of f(x) is :  D = [20 ; + ∞[
